Do you sell delta-8, delta-9, THCA, or HHC vape products?

No. Under Texas SB 2024 (effective September 1, 2025), Texas retailers cannot sell vaporizers containing cannabinoid extracts including delta-8, delta-9, THCA, HHC, THCO, or THCP. We do not carry any of these vape products at any of our Texas locations.

Do you sell 7-OH or 7-hydroxymitragynine products?

No. Under the Texas Kratom Consumer Health and Safety Protection Act (2023), any kratom product where 7-hydroxymitragynine exceeds 2% of total alkaloid content is illegal to sell in Texas. The FDA has also recommended Schedule 1 status for isolated 7-OH products and has issued warning letters to retailers selling them. We do not stock 7-OH tablets, gummies, drink mixes, or shots at any El Paso Smoke Shops location. The kratom we carry (OPMS, Kratom Spot) is standard leaf and powder product, compliant with Texas law.

Do you sell THCA flower, hemp pre-rolls, or edibles?

Yes - we carry Lost Jane, Ice Kream, and Doughlicious THCA hemp flower and pre-rolls, plus a curated selection of THCA / hemp-derived edibles (gummies and chocolates). Texas smokable hemp law has moved fast in 2026: a Travis County judge issued a temporary injunction on May 1, 2026 keeping smokable hemp legal in retail through at least the July 27, 2026 hearing. Section 781 of the federal Farm Bill update sunsets hemp-derived consumables on November 12, 2026 - we're tracking both and will adjust inventory if either changes.
