Make It Happen Enterprises (“we,” “us,” or “our”) runs El Paso Smoke Shops and its 10 neighborhood locations. We keep data collection to the minimum we need to run an online catalog with in-store pickup, and we never sell your information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

How We Operate (and Why It Limits What We Collect)

El Paso Smoke Shops is a walk-in, pickup-only retailer. You browse and reserve online, then pay and pick up in person at one of our 10 El Paso shops with a valid ID. We do not sell or ship online, and we do not take card or bank payments through this website. Because payment happens in person at the register, this site never collects or stores your card, billing, or bank details.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Your name, email address, and phone number when you reserve a product, create an account, or contact us.
• The items and pickup store you choose when you place a reservation.
• Anything you type into a contact or support message.

Information collected automatically

• Standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, gathered through cookies and similar technologies for analytics.
• We use Google Analytics (through the Google Site Kit plugin) to understand how the site is used. We do not run Facebook, TikTok, or advertising pixels on this site.

We do not buy customer data from affiliates or marketing partners.

2. Age Verification (21+)

This is a 21+ website and all of our products are sold only to adults 21 and older (18+ with a valid military ID). When the site or a Host checks your age, the check simply confirms that you meet the age requirement at that moment. We do not scan, copy, or store your ID or date of birth. Age verification is a confirm-and-discard step, in store and online.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To prepare and hold your reservation for same-day pickup.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To maintain your account if you choose to create one.
• To measure and improve how the website performs.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed tobacco and vape retailer.

We are not running email or text-message marketing campaigns at this time. If we ever start, it will be opt-in only, and you will be able to unsubscribe at any time.

4. Cookies and Analytics

Cookies keep the site working (for example, remembering your cart and pickup store) and power our Google Analytics reporting. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google’s browser opt-out add-on. Turning off cookies may affect parts of the site, such as the cart.

5. How We Share Information

We share data only with the service providers that help us run the website, and only as needed:

• Google Analytics for website usage reporting, under Google’s own privacy policy.
• Our website hosting and security providers, to keep the site online and protected.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We may disclose information if required by law, a valid legal request, or to protect the safety and rights of our Guests, Hosts, or business.

6. How We Protect Your Information

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS encryption in transit, a content delivery and security layer in front of the site, and limiting access to data on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we work to protect the limited information we hold.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
