What is Randy's?

Randy's started in San Francisco and has made rolling papers since 1975. Its signature product is the wired rolling paper: a thin wire runs along one edge of every leaf, giving the rolled paper structure and a built-in handle once it is lit.

Founder Duane Harrington patented the wired-paper process and built the machines that produce it, and Randy's has been the name behind wired papers ever since. The brand says its papers have been made in the USA since 1975, using North American stainless steel for the wire. Randy's marked 50 years of wired papers in 2025.

Beyond papers, Randy's makes a line of cleaning solutions. Green Label is its glass and pipe cleaner, which Randy's describes as designed to be safe for the environment and reusable after you sift out the debris.

Good to know

Randy's papers are smoking accessories, not a nicotine or tobacco product, so they carry no nicotine warning. We verify valid photo ID (21+) in store for rolling papers and other smoking accessories. Green Label is a maintenance product you use to clean glass and pipes. To get either, check the product page for the El Paso store with stock, then pick it up the same day.
