Do you sell delta-8, delta-9, THCA, or HHC vape products?
No. Under Texas SB 2024 (effective September 1, 2025), Texas retailers cannot sell vaporizers containing cannabinoid extracts including delta-8, delta-9, THCA, HHC, THCO, or THCP. We do not carry any of these vape products at any of our Texas locations.
Do you sell THCA flower or hemp pre-rolls?
Yes — we carry Lost Jane, Ice Kream, and Doughlicious THCA hemp flower and pre-rolls. Texas smokable hemp law has moved fast in 2026: a Travis County judge issued a temporary injunction on May 1, 2026 keeping smokable hemp legal in retail through at least the July 27, 2026 hearing. Availability can shift with court rulings, so call us to confirm what's in stock the day you're coming in.
