Great customer service!! I bought a few items from there and had an issue with one. I went in to refill it and needed a replacement. There was a slight issue with replacing the item even though it was the manager who agreed the equipment was faulty. It would be helpful to know more about the policy of replacing an item upon purchase. I had no idea I needed the original packaging. I assumed just having purchased the item within a 24 time would allow a replacement in this instance. Otherwise all the reps were amazing and I'm very thankful for you being in my neighborhood!!! Thanks again
