TOST is a non-alcoholic sparkling beverage launched in 2017 as an elevated alternative to wine and champagne. It is built on a base of white tea, ginger and botanicals, a recipe developed with James Beard Award winning culinary talent over more than 100 iterations. The company is based in Manchester, Vermont, and is led by CEO Brooks Addington. In 2022, Constellation Brands took a minority stake in the brand. TOST is sold by major retailers across the United States and is poured at restaurants and gatherings for people who want something meaningful in the glass without the alcohol.
