What is Skunk?
Skunk is a smell-proof bag brand founded in 2014 and designed in Los Angeles by Vatra, a protective-bag maker in business since 1999. Every bag is lined with the brand's SK9 CarbonFlow system, a multi-layer activated carbon construction rated at 1500 m²/g of surface area that traps odor molecules inside the carbon pores instead of masking them. That lining is paired with rubber-backed, water-resistant fabric, double YKK zippers and, on most models, a built-in combination lock. Skunk reports more than one million bags sold across its line of backpacks, duffles, cases and pouches.
